Wednesdays starting Jan. 11; or 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Wednesday sessions will be at Florida Southern College's Thrift Alumni Building, next to the Wellness Center, Lakeland.
Thursdays starting Jan. 5.
Thursday sessions will be at TBA Church, 1815 E. C.R. 540A, Lakeland.
Participants will be able to get nicotine replacement therapy patches for free.
It's a curriculum developed by ex-smokers for those who want to become ex-smokers.
