Domino's Pizza with 'Gluten-Free Crust'...but is it risky?

Would it make a difference to you if you were gluten-sensitive, to eat pizza at an establishment that offered a gluten-free crust, even if they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be exposed to gluten? [Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye and barley and gives bread it's structure and texture]

Domino's Pizza, the first of national pizza chain delivery establishments,  has just announced their 'Gluten-Free Pizza Crust', but thankfully, they are advertising this new crust with integrity because they have posted this disclaimer:

" Domino's Pizza made with a gluten-free crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness supports the availability of Domino's Gluten-Free Crust, but CANNOT recommend the pizza for customers with Celiac Disease. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgement in consuming this pizza".

In actuality, even Domino's states it is best for customers with 'mild gluten-sensitivity'.
